This peer-led half-day retreat offers a unique opportunity to engage in silent meditation with a supportive community. Whether you choose to attend the entire event or just a portion of the day, you are welcome to join and practice in a serene environment.

Meditations during the retreat are unguided, with bells marking the beginning and end of each session. Feel free to arrive during a break if possible, and contribute to the collective stillness and mindfulness.

All are welcome to participate, and no prior experience is necessary. Join us to connect deeply with yourself and others through the shared practice of silence and meditation.
