Rage Club offers a transformative, radical space where individuals are invited to fully explore their anger in all its forms—whether it’s loud, raw, resentful, or even scary. This introductory session provides hands-on, experiential training to help participants navigate both low- and high-level anger practices. The goal is to shift your relationship with anger, empowering you to use it as a constructive force that enhances your life and the lives of those around you.

Many people struggle with anger in one of two ways, each with harmful consequences:

  1. Repression: Some individuals fear their anger so much that they suppress it or deny its existence. This can lead to a lack of boundaries, difficulty saying no, and a tendency to become a people-pleaser.
  2. Uncontrolled Rage: Others find it impossible to manage their anger, allowing it to manifest as violent or destructive outbursts that harm both themselves and others.

Rage Club is about harnessing anger consciously, turning it into a powerful tool for setting boundaries, standing up for yourself, committing to relationships, and pursuing your purpose. By reclaiming your ability to consciously channel anger, you reconnect with your vitality, your voice, and your passion for what truly matters. You tap into a raw, uninhibited energy that flows from the purest part of your heart.
