In a world dominated by competition and constant noise, maintaining clarity and calmness has become more important than ever. This class invites participants to harness the transformative power of breathwork and meditation, offering a much-needed respite from the relentless pace of modern life. Here, individuals can step off the proverbial hamster wheel, recalibrate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their inherent sense of peace.

Through the practice of controlled breathing techniques and mindful meditation, this class aims to quiet the relentless internal chatter that often occupies our minds. Participants will explore various methods to down-regulate the body’s fight-or-flight response, enhance oxygenation, and cultivate self-awareness and self-soothing skills. By engaging in these practices, individuals will discover their profound potential for improving both physical and mental well-being.

Each session integrates kriyas that combine breathwork, movement, and sound, culminating in a meditative experience. With consistent practice, participants will develop the ability to remain calm during challenging situations while gaining insight into the patterns that may keep them trapped in cycles of suffering. The journey to healing begins with clarity, and this class is designed with a trauma-informed approach, ensuring that it is accessible to everyone without contraindications.

About the Facilitator

Leading this transformative experience is Natasha, an experienced E-RYT 500 yoga and meditation teacher with over 12 years in the field. As a certified educator in Spiritual Psychology and Mindfulness and a former Judo student, Natasha brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her teaching. With specialized training in trauma sensitivity and osteoporosis, her mission is to help individuals cultivate lasting calm, whether in a dynamic yoga class or while navigating daily life tasks, such as waiting in line at a local Post Office.

In a time when anxiety, anger, attention disorders, insomnia, chronic pain, and the relentless push of fast-paced fitness dominate society, Natasha aims to share the profound value of slowing down. Her goal is to inspire participants to embrace daily self-care practices that promote graceful aging, mental clarity, and a sense of calm.

For those interested in learning more, Natasha hosts a podcast episode titled “Breathwork Science & Vagus Nerve,” available for listening here.
