Experience a transformative evening with your partner at the Center SF through the Couples Connection: A Partner Massage Workshop. This unique event, led by Alexis Held, is designed to help couples build deeper intimacy and connection through the art of massage, breathwork, and embodied practices. Whether you’re new to massage or looking to strengthen your skills, this workshop will leave you and your partner feeling more connected, relaxed, and empowered.

The session begins with a welcoming circle, where participants set their intentions for the evening and ask any initial questions. Alexis will then guide couples through a series of simple yet powerful connection exercises, teaching key massage and breathwork techniques that enhance intimacy and communication. These tools can be easily incorporated into your daily or weekly routines to strengthen your physical, mental, and emotional bond.

Throughout the workshop, you will be encouraged to tune into your partner’s needs, creating a space of safety, trust, and restoration. Alexis will teach specific massage techniques that not only rejuvenate the receiver but also prevent the giver from feeling fatigued. By practicing mindful touch and breath, couples will learn how to support each other in ways that cultivate long-lasting connection.

Key Elements of the Workshop:

  • Learn effective massage techniques that strengthen intimacy while keeping both partners energized.
  • Engage in guided exercises that promote deeper attunement, safety, and emotional connection.
  • Practice breathwork and mindful touch to support mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
  • Experience structured check-ins that enhance communication, helping you and your partner express your needs and desires more effectively.

Participants will leave the workshop with a stronger sense of connection, trust, and understanding, gaining valuable insights into what works for both themselves and their partner.

What to Bring:

  • Two small, firm pillows and any blankets for comfort.
