Experience the serenity and power of yoga in the breathtaking surroundings of a historic cathedral. Join a welcoming community of yogis as you roll out your mat in a sacred space filled with soaring Gothic columns, radiant stained glass windows, and the calming presence of live music. With expert instructors guiding the way, this yoga practice offers a unique experience in San Francisco.
Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself with advanced postures or prefer to relax in savasana for the entire session, this practice is designed to meet you where you are. It’s your time to connect, reflect, and move at your own pace in a supportive environment. Classes are held on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings, and are suitable for all experience levels. The combination of live music and expert instruction makes this yoga practice truly special.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of age or ability. Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you’d like to use. Mats are also available for rental. Since only water is permitted in the cathedral, and the space can be chilly, dressing in warm, comfortable clothing is recommended. For those with serious injuries or medical conditions, it’s advised to consult with a doctor before participating.
