Individuals from all backgrounds are encouraged to join this class, designed to teach the essential techniques of falling safely on hard surfaces. Rooted in the conditioning principles of PGB White Crane Kung Fu, the class focuses on mastering natural movement patterns that have been refined over centuries.

Participants will develop core strength and target smaller, often neglected muscle groups to protect the body from injury during falls. Training also emphasizes avoiding vulnerable impact areas and building tissue resilience to reduce the risk of injury.

Whether you’re a climber, free runner, or simply someone looking to improve everyday balance and safety, this course is open to all fitness levels and body types. Instruction is tailored to individual needs, ensuring that everyone can follow a progression suited to their current abilities. The class supports participants who seek to complement existing movement practices or want to deepen their work with this system.

The goal is for attendees to leave with a greater understanding of how to fall safely, along with a practical training regimen for continued improvement. Even after a single session, participants will have a new awareness of their body’s capabilities and a strategy for reducing injury risk in daily life.
