Experience a rejuvenating Hatha-style yoga class at the Irish Center, where movement, breathwork, and meditation come together in a gentle, accessible flow. This weekly practice is designed to support balance, relaxation, and mindfulness, welcoming participants of all ages and experience levels.

Meet the Instructor – Karen Olivia Kiely
Originally from Cork, Karen Olivia Kiely is a 300-hour trained yoga teacher who began her yoga journey after moving to San Francisco in 2011. She completed her initial teacher training in 2019 and has since continued her education in both California and Ireland. Karen leads summer yoga retreats in Ireland and teaches classes both in-person and online.
Her classes reflect her belief that yoga is not about being good at something, but about being good to yourself. She is passionate about creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where students can explore movement, breath, and self-awareness.
