On Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 6:30 PM, Morton’s The Steakhouse invites guests to experience an exquisite wine dinner, A Taste of Two Legends. This culinary event will feature a carefully curated menu, each course paired with exceptional wines that highlight the artistry of both food and beverage.
The evening begins with an assortment of hors d’oeuvres, including smoked salmon garnished with English cucumber and baby radish, crispy potato pancakes served with horseradish crème and Hackleback caviar, and roasted Bartlett pear crostini topped with Stilton on brioche. Guests will sip on the refreshing Duckhorn ‘Decoy’ Brut Cuvée as they enjoy these delightful starters.
The first course features a vibrant salad of baby arugula, shaved fennel, Honey Crisp apples, goat cheese, spiced walnuts, and maple vinaigrette, perfectly complemented by a glass of Calera Chardonnay.
For the second course, diners will savor roasted lamb chops served alongside roasted harvest vegetables, accompanied by a rich blackberry jus, paired with the renowned Goldeneye Pinot Noir.
The third course presents a succulent braised short rib with smashed red bliss potatoes and red cabbage confetti, expertly paired with Duckhorn’s ‘Three Palms’ Merlot.
Next, guests will indulge in a sliced prime New York strip served with truffled polenta frites and a luscious peppercorn cream sauce, paired with both Duckhorn Cabernet Sauvignon and Canvasback Cabernet Sauvignon for a truly luxurious experience.
To conclude the evening, guests will enjoy Morton’s coffee alongside decadent chocolate truffles, creating a perfect ending to a night of culinary excellence.
Tickets for this unforgettable experience are priced at $179 per person, inclusive of fees and gratuity. Please note that participants must be 21 years of age or older, and no refunds will be issued. The ticket price does not include sales tax.
