Step into a peaceful evening of reflection and renewal as we celebrate the Autumn Equinox in a tranquil backyard sanctuary. Surrounded by towering Redwood and Oak trees and the gentle flow of a nearby creek, this gathering offers a chance to honor the theme of balance through powerful shamanic journey drumming and a creative ritual designed to harmonize your inner and outer worlds.
Held under the soft embrace of a cozy canopy, the space is designed for comfort with backjacks, chairs, pillows, and blankets, inviting participants to fully relax and connect with the peaceful energy of nature. As the evening unfolds, you’ll find a deep sense of community and belonging, creating a space to reflect, rest, and realign.
This serene experience will be guided by Erica Skone-Rees, a Mind-Body Regulation Coach and founder of Woven Path Wellness. With expertise in mindfulness, meditation, and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), Erica specializes in promoting emotional well-being and nervous system health. Drawing from her personal journey as a chronic illness warrior, she brings both empathy and professional knowledge to help others find balance, healing, and resilience.
Erica’s approach is grounded in the belief that true well-being comes from nurturing our inner world. She leads transformative workshops, group programs, and retreats that blend mindfulness practices with creative rituals and neuroscience-based tools, all aimed at fostering personal growth and emotional harmony. Her events, often set amidst nature, offer a welcoming space for participants to reconnect with themselves and one another.
Join us for this special evening under the autumn sky and allow yourself to rest, reflect, and restore in the gentle rhythm of nature and community.
