 ca specializes in promoting emotional well-being and nervous system health
 . Drawing from her personal journey as a chronic illness warrior\, she bri
 ngs both empathy and professional knowledge to help others find balance\,

 formative workshops\, group programs\, and retreats that blend mindfulness
