This signature class is designed to enhance muscle and bone density across all 360 joints, making it an ideal choice for individuals seeking to prevent and rehabilitate chronic pain.
The focus of this mindful core workout extends to vital areas including the core, back, glutes, arms, and essential joint-stabilizing muscles. Participants can expect a variety of challenges throughout the session, ensuring that each workout remains fresh, dynamic, and engaging.

Parking: For those driving, the North Beach Parking Garage is conveniently located at 735 Vallejo, with rates at $5 per hour.
Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds; however, rescheduling for a different class is permitted. Participants may reschedule up to 24 hours before the class starts, and multiple classes are scheduled daily to accommodate changes.
To ensure a smooth experience, it is recommended to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the class start time to get settled. Please note that the doors will be locked once the class begins.
