Suitable for all ages—from 25 to 75—this mindful core workout is designed to balance hormones and both prevent and rehabilitate chronic pain. Participants can expect an invigorating session that heats up the body, works up a satisfying sweat, and leaves them energized and glowing.

Class Policies:
- No refunds. However, rescheduling is allowed for any other class on the schedule, with over three daily classes to choose from.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: Must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.
- Arrival: Arrive at least 5 minutes before the class begins to get settled, as doors are locked once the session starts.
