Throughout his profound teaching journey, Rob Burbea explored a wide range of spiritual themes, including the nature of emptiness, the depth of samadhi, and the transformative imaginal practice he referred to as soulmaking. His teachings continue to inspire and guide practitioners seeking a deeper understanding of these spiritual dimensions.

The Bay Area Burbea Sangha serves as a gathering space for individuals drawn to Rob Burbea’s wisdom, as well as those newly discovering his work. This community aspires to create a sanctuary for meaningful connection, reflective dialogue, and shared spiritual exploration. Through silent meditation, open discussions, and the cultivation of spiritual friendship, participants support one another in their personal and collective practice.

At its core, the Sangha exists to nurture a sense of belonging and mutual enrichment, bringing together individuals who are navigating similar spiritual paths. All are warmly welcomed, regardless of their level of familiarity with Burbea’s teachings.

The group operates on principles of collaborative leadership and self-empowerment. The stewardship of the Sangha is currently entrusted to Mrinank, Wayne, and Jessica, who help facilitate gatherings and maintain the community’s spirit. Those interested in contributing to the stewardship or organizing events are encouraged to reach out and participate in shaping the future of this spiritual community.
