 unity aspires to create a sanctuary for meaningful connection\, reflective
  dialogue\, and shared spiritual exploration. Through silent meditation\, 
 open discussions\, and the cultivation of spiritual friendship\, participa
 nts support one another in their personal and collective practice.\nAt its
  core\, the Sangha exists to nurture a sense of belonging and mutual enric
