Hot Stones Yin Yoga: As the seasons change, the body needs nourishment, and this practice offers just that. Led through mindful breathwork and a deeply relaxing series of Yin poses, participants will focus on rebalancing their Qi (energy) while easing tension in key areas like the back, hips, neck, shoulders, and hamstrings. The session is designed to alleviate stiffness, improve posture, and release any built-up stress. The added warmth of hot stones placed on the body enhances relaxation, melting away mental and physical strain, allowing for a deeper connection to the present moment.

Glow SoundBath: After the Yin Yoga session, participants will settle into a final restorative pose while being enveloped in a symphony of raw, organic sounds. About Natasha, the Facilitator: Natasha, a seasoned practitioner with over 12 years of experience, holds certifications in mindfulness, yoga, and breathwork (RYT 500). With a background in classical music, she masterfully weaves her compositions into a hypnotic soundscape, guiding participants through a soothing musical journey. Her use of various instruments creates a seamless flow of sound that transports attendees into a state of deep relaxation and parasympathetic healing. Natasha also shares her wisdom through her podcast, “Slow Down to Heal,” which explores mindfulness and healing practices.
