 into a restorative 40-minute Savasana\, a blend of raw organic sounds enve

 cializing in mindfulness and breathwork. She incorporates her original com
 positions into a mesmerizing musical flow\, focusing on specific chakra fr
 equencies that align with the theme of the class. This approach transports
  participants into a blissful parasympathetic state\, encouraging relaxati
