SUMMARY:Brahmavihara Ecstatic Dance
DESCRIPTION:The Brahmaviharas\, or "divine abidings\," represent the radian
 t qualities of the heart—loving-kindness\, compassion\, joy\, and equani
 mity. These four expressions of unconditional love create a pathway to dee
 per connection with ourselves and others. In this Brahmavihara Ecstatic Da
 nce\, participants are invited to explore these qualities through movement
  and music\, allowing the heart's boundless nature to unfold in a space of
  freedom and expression.\n\nGuided by a variety of musical genres—from s
 oothing mantra music to uplifting house\, techno\, and disco—this experi
 ence is designed to gently orient participants toward the loving and expan
 sive states associated with the Brahmaviharas. Throughout the dance\, ther
 e will be occasional invitations to help bring these heart qualities into 
 focus\, creating a meditative yet joyful journey.\n\nThe evening begins wi
 th an opening circle\, where we will offer simple practices and suggestion
 s for cultivating the divine abidings together. For the next 90 minutes\, 
 the dance floor becomes a space of free expression\, where we can move wit
 h what is arising and immerse ourselves in the music. The event concludes 
 with a closing circle\, providing time for reflection\, witnessing\, and c
 onnecting with others.\n\nNo prior experience with ecstatic dance or the B
 rahmaviharas is necessary\, and the event will be free from drugs and alco
 hol. Mrinank\, the facilitator\, will donate his share of the proceeds to 
 GiveWell\, supporting charitable efforts worldwide.\n\nCome as you are\, a
