 ith their authentic selves.\n\nFollowing the pranayama practice\, attendee
 s will engage in a mantra meditation\, allowing them to tap into their int
 uition and heighten their sensory awareness. The session will conclude wit
 h a rejuvenating 30-minute sound bath\, featuring soothing sounds from a P
 aiste gong and chimes\, providing a perfect backdrop for deep relaxation.\
