Discover the healing power of sound in the Chakra Sound Bath led by Phoenix Song. Our bodies, resonating with sound, contain energy centers known as chakras that correspond to various physical and psychological systems. When these chakras become blocked, stagnant, or misaligned, sound healing can retune our cells, balance our chakras, and restore optimal health and frequency.
Workshop Overview:
In this immersive chakra sound bath, participants will tune their bodies from root to crown. The session begins with an active chakra sound meditation using bija mantras to open and align the chakras. This practice allows participants to feel their own vibrations and harness the healing power of their voices.
Following the active meditation, participants transition into a passive sound bath. Phoenix Song initiates this phase with shamanic buffalo drumming, connecting to lower bass frequencies that induce theta brain waves, promoting clarity, calm, and enhanced creativity. The esraj, a mournful stringed instrument from India, is introduced to open the second chakra, while the earthy, low-frequency tones of the didgeridoo help break up energy blocks, particularly over the heart chakra. Native style flutes, drone flutes, hand pans, Tibetan bowls, and bells are then used to open the higher chakras.
Throughout the sound healing, Phoenix employs their voice to call in healing through Sanskrit mantras, spirituals, shamanic chanting, and angelic singing. This comprehensive approach ensures that participants leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and renewed, with a deepened connection to their chakras, body, heart, mind, and soul. The experience often results in a sense of lightness, the release of blockages, and a vibrating, tingling sensation throughout the body.
