The City of Berkeley Mental Health Division & Commission invite you to celebrate May is Mental Health Month 2024! This year’s theme, “Be Kind To Your Mind,” emphasizes the importance of prioritizing our mental well-being. Join us for an evening of fun, resources, and community connection!
A Night of Support and Awareness:
- Food, Fun & Games: Enjoy a casual and engaging atmosphere with food, games, and activities for all ages.
- Raffle Prizes: Participate in the raffle for exciting prizes while supporting mental health initiatives.
- Music & Community Sharing: Relax and unwind with music, and hear inspiring stories of resilience and hope from fellow community members.
- Resource Fair: Connect with local organizations offering mental health resources and support services.
- Taking Proactive Steps: Learn practical tools and strategies to promote mental well-being for yourself and your loved ones.

- Free & Inclusive Event: This event is free and open to everyone. Whether you’re seeking support or simply want to show your solidarity with mental health awareness, we welcome you!
