DESCRIPTION:The Center SF invites individuals of all experience levels to a
 n engaging and playful evening dedicated to the art of contact improvisati
 on. This event kicks off with a dynamic class from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM\, fo
 llowed by an open jam session that will continue until 10:30 PM.\n\nDuring
  the class\, participants will delve into essential themes such as weight-
 sharing\, counterbalancing\, signaling\, and attentive listening. These fo
 undational concepts will serve as the building blocks for deeper explorati
 on and connection through movement. Whether participants are new to contac
 t improvisation or seasoned dancers\, everyone will find opportunities to 
 enhance their skills and understanding of the practice.\n\nFollowing the c
 lass\, the jam session will provide a welcoming space for participants to 
 further explore the movement and relational insights they discovered. This
  is a unique chance to experiment with different styles of movement\, conn
 ect with fellow dancers\, and immerse oneself in the joy of improvisation.
