Off-Site Events and Custom Corporate Wellness Solutions

If you’d prefer to bring your team to our stunning space, Glow’s studio offers a beautiful, tranquil environment with skylights and 20-foot ceilings. The studio can comfortably accommodate up to 26 participants and provides all necessary yoga mats and props. Located just a 15-minute walk from FiDi, near Washington Square Park, the space is perfect for team-building events, workshops, or relaxation sessions. We also offer the option to rent the studio for private events.

For off-site events, Glow offers a variety of wellness experiences, ranging from yoga and meditation to mindfulness practices and sound baths. We also work closely with companies to create bespoke wellness programs that suit your team’s needs and objectives.

Wellness Program Options and Pricing

Glow offers a wide array of wellness services to fit your team’s unique needs. Here are some of our offerings and pricing:

  • Office Yoga (30-45 min): $300–$350/hour
  • Chair Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Breathwork, MBSR: $300–$350/hour
  • Sound Bath Meditation ‘Inner Bliss’: $600 (at your location)
  • Yin Yoga with Hot Stones: $300–$350/hour
  • Myofascial Chronic Tension Release with Massage Balls: $300–$350/hour
  • Preventing Tech Neck with Massage Balls: $300–$350/hour
  • Pilates-Based Core Strengthening (‘Preventing Back Pain’): $300–$350/hour
  • Restorative Yoga & Massage (with two instructors): $800/hour
  • Painting as Stress Reduction: $600+/90 minutes
  • Custom Self-Care Talks for Your Events: $1,200+
  • Wine or Sake Tasting with a Somm: $900/hour

For smaller teams, Glow offers the option to reserve up to 10 spots in public classes before breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
