Event Type
Join Gwen Pelfini for the inaugural gathering of the series “Therapy. Beyond Talking.” This event invites individuals who may feel disenchanted with traditional therapy or are curious about alternative approaches to explore the integration of conventional therapeutic practices with the ancient wisdom of plant allies.
This engaging session aims to destigmatize the discussion around plant-based healing and broaden the pathways to mental wellness. Often, our subconscious defenses can be so robust that we find ourselves trapped in repetitive patterns. Here, participants will learn how psychedelic-assisted therapy can facilitate breakthroughs, help access inner healing intelligence, and empower individuals to live more meaningful lives.
Gwen encourages attendees to send in their questions beforehand to make the most of the hour-long session, setting the stage for fruitful dialogue and connection.
Upcoming Topics:
Join Gwen on the first Friday of each month for additional enlightening discussions:
- December 6th: Bilateral Stimulation: Tap into the Body to Quiet the Mind
- January 3rd: Sound Healing: Somatics and Sound
- February 7th: Breathing: Access Deep Healing
