On October 30th at 5:30 PM, there will be a special yoga flow session in the serene setting of St. Andrew’s Church, where participants will be surrounded by beautiful stained glass windows and a welcoming group of new friends. This class is donation-based, with cash preferred, but Venmo payments are also accepted. It’s an open invitation to everyone, regardless of skill level or experience.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats, water, and any other props that will enhance their comfort during the session. While there are some mats and blocks available for use, it’s recommended to bring your own if possible. Convenient parking is generally available near the venue.
