  surfaces. Rooted in the conditioning principles of PGB White Crane Kung F
 u\, the class focuses on mastering natural movement patterns that have bee
 n refined over centuries.\n\nParticipants will develop core strength and t
 arget smaller\, often neglected muscle groups to protect the body from inj
 ury during falls. Training also emphasizes avoiding vulnerable impact area
 s and building tissue resilience to reduce the risk of injury.\n\nWhether 
 you're a climber\, free runner\, or simply someone looking to improve ever
 yday balance and safety\, this course is open to all fitness levels and bo
 dy types. Instruction is tailored to individual needs\, ensuring that ever
 yone can follow a progression suited to their current abilities. The class
  supports participants who seek to complement existing movement practices
