Thrive City and Kaiser Permanente invite you to unleash your inner athlete and participate in their exciting Weekly Fitness Classes!
Free & Open to All:
Throughout April and June, enjoy a variety of free morning classes led by expert fitness professionals. These sessions are designed for all levels, catering to everyone on their wellness journey, regardless of experience.
This Week’s Offerings:
- HIIT Bodyweight (10 AM – 11 AM): Experience a high-intensity interval training workout that engages your entire body. With one-minute intervals targeting lower body, upper body, cardio, and core, this class provides a fun and functional fitness challenge. Remember, anything can be done for a minute!
- Family Fitness for Physical & Mental Health (11 AM – 12 PM): Strengthen, stretch, and manage stress together! This class fosters confidence, resilience, and improves flexibility, focus, and balance for all ages. Certified instructors guide you through science-backed exercises and mental health practices proven to empower you to feel healthier and happier.

- Prohibited Items: Weapons, alcohol, coolers, lawn chairs, non-surgical masks (surgical masks required), face paint (limited exceptions), drones, bicycles, skateboards, scooters (parking available on nearby streets), motorized vehicles, pamphlets, product samples, overnight camping, tents.
- Pet Policy: All pets must be leashed.
- General Guidelines: No panhandling, solicitation, loitering, smoking, amplified sound, littering, trespassing when Thrive City is closed.
