 to share your stories and heal together. The workshop begins with guided p
 rompts to foster connection and understanding among participants. After sh
 aring\, you'll embark on a scenic hike where conversation can continue org
 anically.\n\nMidway through the loop trail\, the group will convene in a c
 ircle for a simple exercise focused on connecting with nature. This guided
  practice will teach you tools to regulate your nervous system during time
 s of change and challenge. You’ll learn how breakups can trigger fight-o
 r-flight responses\, keeping you stuck in negative thought patterns. With 
 insights on how your state affects your story\, you’ll gain greater cont
