Unwind, awaken your creativity, and connect with your fellow North Beach residents during a unique First Fridays experience at Glow Yoga SF! This multi-sensory event promises a journey of deeper awareness, relaxation, and a chance to celebrate the vibrant North Beach community.
Embark on a Transformative Journey:

Sound, Breath & Body: Led by North Beach native Katrina Baccetti, this all-levels yoga class will guide you through a comprehensive exploration of sound, breathwork, and body movements. This practice is designed to induce a state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and centered.

Sensory Awakening: Immerse yourself in an ambient DJ set curated by Elise “The Resurectress.” Soothing lo-fi music will create a relaxing atmosphere, further enhanced by an immersive light installation designed to awaken your senses and free your mind.
Optional Tea Ceremony:
In partnership with Professor Seagull’s Smartshop, a local haven specializing in brain-enhancing mushrooms, there will be an optional tea ceremony available to further support a heart and mind-opening experience. (https://www.sfsmartshop.com/)

- Cost: $50 (General Admission), $30 (Glow Members & 1-Week Trial)
