 mbark on a Transformative Journey:\n\n\n 	\nSound\, Breath &amp\; Body: Le
 d by North Beach native Katrina Baccetti\, this all-levels yoga class will
  guide you through a comprehensive exploration of sound\, breathwork\, and
  body movements. This practice is designed to induce a state of deep relax
 ation and heightened awareness\, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and cente
 red.\n\n 	\nSensory Awakening: Immerse yourself in an ambient DJ set curat
 ed by Elise "The Resurectress." Soothing lo-fi music will create a relaxin
 g atmosphere\, further enhanced by an immersive light installation designe
 d to awaken your senses and free your mind.\n\n\nOptional Tea Ceremony:\nI
 n partnership with Professor Seagull's Smartshop\, a local haven specializ
