DESCRIPTION:In the Identity Alchemy workshop\, led by Michael McDonald\, pa
 rticipants are invited to release preconceived notions of who they are and
  embark on a journey of self-reclamation. Often\, our self-identity become
 s entangled in the past\, the future\, or the expectations of others. This
  workshop offers a transformative opportunity to redefine oneself as an ac
 tive and personal creation—an exercise in rediscovering one's agency and
  capacity to shift perspectives.\n\nThrough the practice of Identity Alche
 my\, participants will engage in a process of surrender\, reflection\, and
  conscious choice. This approach enables them to embrace the freedom to be
 come who they truly wish to be. Rooted in the principles of the Relational
  Alchemy body of work\, this experience leverages community and connection
  to facilitate a release from outdated self-concepts and to create new pos
 sibilities.\n\nDuring this workshop\, participants will explore:\n\n 	Self
 -Love and Connection: Deepening their appreciation for both themselves and
