Every Saturday at 12 PM, the Jazz House Flow invites participants to discover their rhythm in a dynamic, all-levels vinyasa flow class. Set to a backdrop of deep, sultry, and hypnotic jazz and house music, this class encourages smooth, fluid movements while challenging the body with funky, fun asanas. The practice focuses on softening harsh edges, embracing stillness in movement, and unlocking creativity within each pose.
The class takes place upstairs in a peaceful, tree-filled space behind the gallery and retail shop, offering a serene environment to deepen your practice. Led by a skilled teacher, the session lasts 60-75 minutes and is open to individuals of all levels and backgrounds. No props are necessary, and each class is priced at $20.
Important Notes:
- Bring your own mat for practice.
- Doors open 15 minutes before class for registration and settling in.
- Pre-registration is required through Eventbrite, with a maximum of 15 participants per class.
