Experience the transformative power of sound at the “Mind, Body & Wellness” Sound Bath Series, co-hosted by Healing Hearts Christian Sound Bath and Meet Me In The Dirt. Over the course of ten months, this series will highlight the importance of self-love and holistic well-being, focusing on the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. Each month, participants will explore a different theme that promotes self-discovery and healing through Christian sound practices.

During each session, participants will be enveloped in a soothing soundscape designed to promote relaxation, alleviate stress, and restore inner harmony. Dr. Tselane will skillfully play a range of instruments, including crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion, creating a tranquil atmosphere conducive to healing.
What to Bring:
- Yoga Mat, Bolster, or Blanket: For comfort and to lie down during the sound bath.
- Pillow: To support your head and neck for optimal relaxation.
- Comfortable Clothing: Dress warmly, including socks, as the Meet Me In The Dirt Retreat Center can be chilly.
- Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is crucial for your well-being.
