During the workshop, participants will engage in:

This workshop is open to everyone, regardless of fitness level. No previous experience is needed—just bring an open mind, comfortable clothing, and a desire to embrace well-being.

- Dates: October 8, 15, 22, 29, and November 12 & 29
- Cost: $120 for the entire six-week session
