Join the six-week Mindful Moves workshop, specifically designed for older adults seeking to enhance flexibility, tranquility, and inner peace. This unique program blends gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and focused relaxation to support both physical and emotional health.

What to Expect:
During the workshop, participants will engage in:

  • Gentle Stretching: Improve flexibility, ease stiffness, and enhance balance.
  • Mindful Breathing: Calm the mind and build emotional resilience.
  • Focused Relaxation: Reduce stress, cultivate inner peace, and foster a sense of relaxation.

🎯 Workshop Goals:

  1. Enhance Physical Comfort: Increase your range of motion and relieve muscle tension through gentle exercises.

This workshop is open to everyone, regardless of fitness level. No previous experience is needed—just bring an open mind, comfortable clothing, and a desire to embrace well-being.

  • When: Tuesdays, 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • Where: St. Francis Room, United Irish Cultural Center, 2700 45th Avenue
  • Dates: October 8, 15, 22, 29, and November 12 & 29
  • Cost: $120 for the entire six-week session
