SUMMARY:New Moon Sound Bath
DESCRIPTION:The New Moon Sound Bath offers a deeply transformative experien
 ce through a series of Full and New Moon Sound Healing sessions. Each 60-m
 inute class is aligned with the lunar cycles\, focusing on setting intenti
 ons during the New Moon and reflecting on personal growth during the Full 
 Moon. The sessions incorporate crystal bowl sound healing\, guided breathw
 ork\, and reflective exercises\, all designed to help participants tap int
 o their inner wisdom and navigate life’s changing rhythms with greater c
 larity and awareness.\n\nThis unique experience provides a safe and nurtur
 ing space for uninterrupted self-care\, welcoming all emotions\, from joy 
 and gratitude to grief\, exhaustion\, or anger. Participants are encourage
 d to come as they are\, allowing themselves to fully relax and restore in 
 a supportive environment. The session includes gentle\, restorative moveme
 nts and is designed to be accessible to everyone\, regardless of prior exp
 erience. Attendees are advised to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yo
 ga mat or blanket for the session.\n\nThe sound healing sessions are led b
 y Mariah Parvizi\, a queer Iranian artist dedicated to fostering collectiv
 e liberation through her work. Mariah brings over a decade of meditation p
 ractice\, with more than 1\,000 hours of sitting meditation\, deeply roote
 d in Tibetan Insight and Vipassana traditions. Her expertise in sound heal
 ing is enhanced by her Reiki certification\, and her work extends to teach
 ing mindfulness to youth and guiding authentic relating practices\, focusi
 ng on building community and deeper connections with oneself.\n\nMariah’
 s passion for play as a revolutionary act and her lifelong commitment to f
 reedom practices infuse her sessions with a sense of purpose and meaning\,
  making them a powerful opportunity for personal insight and growth. Throu
 gh this practice\, participants can explore their emotions\, cultivate inn
