About Sydney
Sydney is a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher with a unique background that fuses movement, dance, and holistic healing. Having completed her 200-hour teacher training in Dharamshala and her advanced 300-hour training in Goa, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her classes. With over a decade of experience in dance, Sydney infuses her yoga practice with grace, fluidity, and artistic expression, encouraging students to explore movement as a form of personal discovery.

Her true passion lies in intuitive movement, guiding her students to connect deeply with their bodies and inner selves. Sydney’s approach is gentle and supportive, allowing her students to move at their own pace while embracing the wisdom of their bodies. Currently, she is pursuing a degree in integrative medicine in Berkeley, further enhancing her understanding of holistic wellness.

Beyond the yoga studio, Sydney leads transformative workshops and retreats that blend mindfulness, movement, and healing. Her goal is to empower her students to cultivate overall well-being, balance, and self-awareness through the integration of yoga and holistic healing practices.
