For those interested in off-site events, you are welcome to bring your team to our stunning location, featuring skylights and 20-foot ceilings. Our space can accommodate up to 25 people and is conveniently located a 15-minute walk from the Financial District, near Washington Square Park. You also have the option to rent our space for your own events.
Pricing for Office Wellness Sessions
- Office Yoga, Chair Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Breathwork, MBSR: $300/hour
- Yin Yoga with Hot Stones at Glow: $350/hour
- ‘Stretches for Stiff People’: $300/hour
- Sound Bath Meditation ‘Inner Bliss’: $600/hour ($350 if hosted at Glow)
- Myofascial Chronic Tension Release with Massage Balls: $350/hour
- Preventing ‘Tech Neck’ with Massage Balls: $350/hour
- Pilates-Based Core Strengthening Classes for Back Pain Prevention: $300/hour
- Restorative Yoga + Massage: $800/hour (with 2 instructors)
- Painting as Stress Reduction: $600 for 90 minutes
- Custom Self-Care Talks at Your Events: Starting at $1,200
- Wine or Sake Tasting with a Sommelier: $900/hour
Please note that the minimum session duration is one hour, though shorter 30- to 45-minute classes can still be arranged.
If you have a smaller team, you can reserve up to eight spots in our public classes before lunch or dinner. We offer varied contract pricing for larger events and regular weekly or monthly in-office and Zoom classes. Our programs are insured and suitable for participants of all levels and ages.

Event props can be sourced affordably (under $15 per person) for your events and giveaways, though we do not provide yoga mats and props for events outside of our studio.
