 Bath is an enchanting meditative experience\, led by our founder Natasha\,
  who blends her background in classical piano with calming melodies. Durin
 g the session\, participants often enter a deep state of relaxation\, wher
 e vivid colorful visions and inner exploration become possible. This pract
 ice helps reduce anxiety\, insomnia\, depression\, and chronic pain by pro
 moting healing alpha-theta brainwaves that calm the mind.\n\nParticipants 
 lie down in a comfortable restorative yoga pose\, with bolsters and warm s
 tones provided\, while the soothing organic vibrations of sound envelop th
 em from head to toe. These raw sound frequencies help balance physical\, m
 ental\, and emotional energies\, guiding you into a deeply restful parasym
 pathetic state.\n\nGlow offers both private and public SoundBath sessions.
  You can join our weekly public class on Fridays at 4:30 PM\, or book a pr
 ivate session at your convenience. Our studio features beautiful skylights
 \, 20-ft ceilings\, and a peaceful ambiance. We also offer on-site SoundBa
