Participants notice their relational patterns\, emotions\, and body sensations\, sharing their observations to help the g roup understand one another and deepen their collective awareness.\n\nThis practice complements traditional meditation by emphasizing mindful awaren ess in a relational context. By focusing on the connection between self an d others within the group\, participants can:\n\n Discover new and more f ulfilling ways of interacting with themselves and others.\n Apply persona l growth insights in a real-world interpersonal setting.\n Experience hea ling through deep connection by being seen and understood.\n\nRelatefulnes s often pushes participants to the edge of their awareness\, inviting grow th through vulnerability and authenticity. Attendees are encouraged to tak e care of themselves\, whether that means stepping away when needed or gui ding the group into new ways of relating.\n\nLogistics:\n\n The event tak es place at The Alembic with free parking available.\n Doors close prompt ly at 6:35 PM to ensure an uninterrupted experience.\n Tickets range from $10-$25 on a sliding scale\, with a suggested donation of $15.\n Advance d registration is highly recommended as the event frequently sells out. If unable to attend\, participants are asked to request a refund to release the spot for others on the waitlist.\n\nJosh Rosenberg (he/him)\, a certif ied facilitator through the Relateful Company\, has been leading weekly Re latefulness sessions for over two years. He enjoys exploring present-momen t dynamics in groups and regularly deepens his practice through retreats a nd collaboration with other facilitators. Outside of these sessions\, Josh loves music\, movies\, comedy\, and passionately follows the New York Jet s football team. He is also the CEO of the Forecasting Research Institute\ , a nonprofit focused on advancing forecasting science and its policy rele vance.\n\nDaniel Ricciardelli (he/him) is a certified Relatefulness practi tioner with hundreds of hours in relational awareness practices. He brings over a decade of experience guiding men's circles\, dance teams\, and med itation\, and works full-time at the intersection of mental health and AI as a machine learning researcher.
