Event Type

Relatefulness offers a unique and transformative relational practice, facilitated twice a month by Josh Rosenberg and Daniel Ricciardelli. Closely aligned with methodologies such as Circling™, Authentic Relating, and T-Group, this practice is an experiential exploration of the present moment, allowing participants to engage deeply with their emotions, relational patterns, and bodily sensations in the presence of others.

Through Relatefulness, individuals cultivate awareness by openly sharing their observations and experiences within the group. This process fosters a heightened sense of interpersonal understanding and reveals broader social dynamics that often remain unnoticed in daily interactions.

The Value of Relatefulness

As a complement to traditional meditation practices, Relatefulness expands awareness beyond solitary reflection by integrating interpersonal connection. Engaging in this practice enables participants to:

  • Enhance Relational Awareness: Develop a more enjoyable and conscious approach to relationships by exploring new ways of interacting.
  • Apply Personal Growth in Real-Time: Put self-development insights into practice within an interactive group setting.
  • Experience Healing and Deep Connection: Foster a sense of being seen and understood, which can be profoundly transformative.

The nature of this practice often brings participants to the edges of their comfort zones, expanding their capacity for awareness and connection. As such, individuals are encouraged to honor their own needs, whether by stepping back when necessary or by guiding the group into new, emergent dynamics.
