SUMMARY:Relatefulness
DESCRIPTION:Relatefulness offers a unique and transformative relational pra
ctice\, facilitated twice a month by Josh Rosenberg and Daniel Ricciardell
 i. Closely aligned with methodologies such as Circling™\, Authentic Rela
ting\, and T-Group\, this practice is an experiential exploration of the p
resent moment\, allowing participants to engage deeply with their emotions
\, relational patterns\, and bodily sensations in the presence of others.\
nThrough Relatefulness\, individuals cultivate awareness by openly sharing
their observations and experiences within the group. This process fosters
a heightened sense of interpersonal understanding and reveals broader soc
ial dynamics that often remain unnoticed in daily interactions.\nThe Value
  of Relatefulness\nAs a complement to traditional meditation practices\, R
elatefulness expands awareness beyond solitary reflection by integrating i
nterpersonal connection. Engaging in this practice enables participants to
:\n\n Enhance Relational Awareness: Develop a more enjoyable and consciou
s approach to relationships by exploring new ways of interacting.\n Apply
Personal Growth in Real-Time: Put self-development insights into practice
within an interactive group setting.\n Experience Healing and Deep Conne
ction: Foster a sense of being seen and understood\, which can be profound
ly transformative.\n\nThe nature of this practice often brings participant
s to the edges of their comfort zones\, expanding their capacity for aware
ness and connection. As such\, individuals are encouraged to honor their o
wn needs\, whether by stepping back when necessary or by guiding the group
into new\, emergent dynamics.\nEvent Logistics\n\n Location: The Alembic
(ample free parking available)\n Time: Doors close promptly at 6:35 PM\n
Registration: Due to high demand\, advance registration is recommended.\
n Cost: Sliding scale tickets available from $10 to $25 (suggested donati
on: $15)\n Volunteer Opportunities: Those interested in supporting this o
r other Alembic events can fill out the volunteer form and attend a traini
ng session.\n\nIf a registrant is unable to attend\, a refund request is e
ncouraged to allow another participant from the waitlist to take their pla
 ce.\nAbout the Facilitators\nJosh Rosenberg (he/him)\nJosh Rosenberg is a
certified facilitator through the Relateful Company training program\, wit
h two years of experience leading weekly Relatefulness sessions for small
groups. His dedication to this practice is reinforced by his participation
in retreats and continuous collaboration with fellow facilitators. Passio
nate about the spontaneous and often revelatory nature of present-moment e
ngagement\, he finds great joy in the novelty and relief that arise in gro
up interactions.\n\nOutside of his facilitation work\, Josh enjoys music\,
films\, and comedy\, and is an avid follower of the New York Jets. He als
o engages in meditation courses led by Michael Taft. Professionally\, he s
erves as the CEO of the Forecasting Research Institute\, a nonprofit organ
ization dedicated to advancing the science of forecasting and its relevanc
 e in policy-making.\nDaniel Ricciardelli (he/him)\nWith extensive experien
ce in relational awareness practices\, Daniel Ricciardelli is a certified
Relatefulness practitioner through the Relateful Company. His background i
ncludes hundreds of hours in various relational methodologies\, alongside
a decade of experience leading men’s circles\, performance dance teams\,
and meditation groups. Additionally\, he has an academic foundation in ap
plied AI research.\n\nDaniel draws inspiration from Ego Development Theory
\, madhyamaka philosophy\, and Brazilian zouk\, incorporating these influe
nces into his relational work. Known for his steady and compassionate pres
ence\, he encourages calibrated relational risk-taking within group dynami
cs. Professionally\, he operates at the intersection of mental health and
