SUMMARY:Relatefulness: A Journey of Connection and Present-Moment Awareness
DESCRIPTION:Join Josh Rosenberg and Daniel Ricciardelli for a twice-monthly
drop-in Relatefulness practice\, a space designed to foster deep connecti
on and present-moment awareness. Relatefulness is closely related to pract
ices like Circling™\, Authentic Relating\, and T-Group\, but it offers i
ts own unique approach to mindful\, relational exploration. In this practi
ce\, participants explore what authentically arises in the present moment
as they engage with others in the group. By tuning in to relational patter
ns\, emotions\, body sensations\, and the broader dynamics within the grou
p\, participants gain insight into both personal and collective social rea
lities.\n\nRelatefulness invites participants to bring full awareness to t
heir experience while connecting deeply with others. It’s not just about
  self-awareness but about being seen\, heard\, and understood in a group s
etting. This practice provides a powerful complement to traditional medita
tion\, offering a way to integrate mindfulness into interpersonal contexts
.\nWhy Practice Relatefulness?\nRelatefulness is an experiential journey t
hat helps participants:\n\n Discover new ways of relating: By paying clos
e attention to interactions in real-time\, participants can explore more e
njoyable\, authentic ways of connecting with others.\n\n\n Test personal
growth in a social setting: Relatefulness provides a live laboratory for a
pplying personal insights in relationships and interpersonal dynamics.\n\n
\n Find healing through connection: Deep connection and being genuinely u
nderstood by others can provide profound emotional healing.\n\n\n Meet th
e edge of your awareness: This practice often brings participants to the e
dge of what they can comfortably hold in their awareness\, offering opport
unities for growth and self-discovery.\n\nParticipants are encouraged to c
are for themselves during the practice. If the experience feels overwhelmi
ng\, stepping away or inviting the group into a new way of relating is alw
ays an option. This practice creates a supportive environment where all pa
rticipants can engage at their own pace\, while also feeling empowered to
 take relational risks.\nEvent Details:\n\n Location: The Alembic\, with a
mple free parking available.\n\n\n Time: Doors close at 6:35 PM sharp to
preserve the integrity of the session\, so please arrive early.\n\n\n Tic
kets: Sliding scale\, with a suggested donation of $15 (range $10–$25).
Advance registration is strongly recommended as this event often sells out
.\n\nIf you are interested in volunteering for this or other Alembic event
s\, there is an option to sign up for training and volunteer opportunities
. Participants are encouraged to request a refund if they are unable to at
tend so that those on the waitlist may participate.\nMeet the Facilitators
