Anne-René’s approach encourages awareness of breath, seamless transitions, and a personal connection to the movements. The class is further enriched with hand mudras, chanting, inspiring readings, and music, offering a unique opportunity for awakening the body and soul.

About Anne-René:

Anne-René is a seasoned dance artist, Alexander Technique teacher, and artistic director of Sculpted Motion. Her yoga journey began in New York City in the 1990s, and in 2008, she earned her Vinyasa yoga certification from the White Lotus Foundation. Her teaching is influenced by numerous respected mentors and yoga studios, including Ty Landrum, Sara Baird, Erin Dudley, Keith Borden, Cindi Lee’s Om Yoga Center, Laughing Lotus Yoga, as well as the anatomical teachings of Irene Dowd and Leslie Kaminoff. She also draws inspiration from the teachings of Krishnamurti, Ram Das, Kundalini yoga, and movement practices like Gaga and Gyrotonic.

“I’ve always expressed myself through movement. Inspiration comes from the sky, the sun on my skin, the beauty of the night, and the grace of animals and trees. Poetry touches me deeply, and I find strength in the resilience of the human spirit and the kindness of others. Life has a fullness and flow that I know exists, and I find comfort in the knowledge that I am continuously evolving toward it.”

Anne-René’s Soulful Flow class invites individuals to explore the rhythm of their body and spirit, embracing both the challenge and the serenity of movement as a path to self-awareness and transformation.
