 a transformative session where participants will be guided into a state of
  deep relaxation\, enveloped by the healing sounds of gongs\, singing bowl
 s\, and other powerful instruments.\nFor those new to meditation or who fi
 nd it challenging\, sound baths offer an accessible and effortless way to 
 enter a deeply meditative state\, facilitating a profound sense of inner p
 eace. During this event\, attendees will be led through a sequence of guid
 ed meditations\, bathing in healing frequencies that restore the body and
