  Epel\, Ph.D.\, a renowned expert in stress\, aging\, and mind-body health
 \, serves as a professor at the University of California\, San Francisco (
 UCSF)\, and is the author of The Telomere Effect. Her groundbreaking resea
 rch has been featured in prominent media outlets such as The New York Time
 s\, The Wall Street Journal\, and TED. She has also engaged in insightful 
 discussions with His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama on the topic of stress a
 nd well-being.\n 	Nichol Chase\, a skilled yoga and meditation educator\, 
 is the founder of the Wisdom Building Method Yoga School. Nichol has a pro
 found connection to the arts of movement\, music\, and contemplation\, int

  Chair of Psychology and directs the UCSF Aging Metabolism Emotions Center

 pel’s pioneering research examines how mind-body practices like meditati
 on can mitigate the negative effects of stress and slow down the aging pro
 cess. She is dedicated to empowering individuals to improve their health t

 hase: An experienced yoga and meditation educator\, Nichol is known for in
 tegrating movement\, singing\, and contemplation into her life’s work. S
 he is a Garrison Institute Fellow and developed a trauma-sensitive yoga pr
 ogram for her capstone project. As the founder of the Wisdom Building Meth
 od Yoga School\, Nichol is also a faculty member and teacher trainer for s
 everal other yoga schools\, where she shares her expertise in mindful prac
