Sidney’s journey began in 1999 when she became a certified massage therapist, and she expanded her expertise with Thai Massage after training at the renowned Wat Pho Temple in Bangkok, Thailand. She has taught at Stanford University, various yoga studios across the Bay Area, and privately.
