Led by seasoned practitioners Anjuli and Alok, who bring over 30 years of combined expertise, this session provides more than just technique—it’s a journey into the art of loving-kindness through touch. Anjuli and Alok’s teachings emphasize grounded, earthy gestures, perfect for aligning with the current season. Participants will explore how to use feet and knees as tools to create deeply restorative experiences, blending Thai Massage with the unique flow of ZenThai Shiatsu, a fusion of Thai Massage and Shiatsu techniques.

The workshop begins with foundational warm-ups designed to effortlessly stretch and revitalize the body with the support of a partner. Acupressure, mindful stretching, joint mobilization, and a focus on breathwork will be core elements of the experience. Whether you’re building on prior workshops or attending for the first time, this session will introduce new sequences and techniques that are both powerful and grounding.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a partner or friend to help foster a deeper connection and shared experience. However, those without a partner can reach out to be matched with someone for the session. Be sure to bring a water bottle and a yoga mat to ensure comfort throughout the practice.
