This experie nce is designed to help men step outside of their comfort zones and embrac e authentic connection\, recognizing the untapped potential that exists in the presence and wisdom of other men.\n\nFor many men\, forming meaningfu l friendships\, asking for help\, or being vulnerable in a room full of ot her men can feel intimidating and challenging. The Brothership offers a po werful alternative to this mindset\, inviting participants to let go of hy per-competitive tendencies and shift toward a more heart-centered approach . By transitioning from a "Me" mindset to a "We" mindset\, men are empower ed to grow together\, navigate their personal challenges\, and ultimately thrive in life through the support of their peers.\n\nThis gathering is op en to all male-bodied individuals who resonate with the concepts of brothe rhood and the collective masculine journey. Participants will engage in pr actices that foster genuine connection\, deep self-reflection\, and person al growth\, recognizing that men can gain profound insights when they supp ort and listen to one another.\n\nAbout the Facilitators:\n\n Jeremy Falk brings over 15 years of experience as a teacher of embodiment and meditat ion\, specializing in guiding others to reconnect with their bodies and in ner wisdom.\n Nick Johnson is a poet\, artist\, and seasoned group facili tator\, bringing creativity and heart-centered leadership to the space. To gether\, Jeremy and Nick have over 5 years of experience co-leading men's programs alongside Shems Heartwell of the Hendricks Institute.\n\nEvent Sc hedule:\n\n The Brothership meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 8:15 PM to 9:45 PM.
