Course Components:

  • Exploration of the Body’s Systems: Participants will engage in guided explorations of essential bodily systems, including the muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems, as well as the chakra system. This segment aims to deepen understanding of somatic practices and the intricate ways these systems interact to support overall health. By learning how these systems work in harmony, participants gain insights into maintaining and enhancing their well-being.
  • Movement Practice: The class includes gentle movement practices designed to awaken and honor the body’s natural rhythms. Participants will practice mindful stretching, yoga, and other movement forms that align with their unique physical needs.
