 ath in the tranquil Redwood Grove of Golden Gate Park. This immersive expe
 rience\, designed to open hearts and quiet busy minds\, invites participan
 ts to connect with their power animals\, spirit\, and ancestral guides\, t
 apping into a non-ordinary state of consciousness.\n\nPreparation and Prac
 tices:\n\nBegin by immersing yourself in various sound healing practices s
 uch as mantra\, chanting\, singing\, and the didgeridoo. These ancient tec
 hniques help quiet the mind and open the heart\, setting the stage for dee
 p inner exploration.\n\nThe Healing Power of Sound:\n\nThe universe vibrat
 es with sound\, and so do our bodies. Every cell\, organ\, and system crea
 tes a symphony that often goes unheard. This sound bath helps retune our b
 odies to optimal frequencies\, starting with an active chakra sound and mo
 vement meditation. This practice aligns and centers our energy\, fostering
  a deeper connection with our bodies.\n\nFollowing this\, participants wil
 l chant sacred mantras and sing world spirit songs\, promoting well-being 
 through the release of dopamine\, endorphins\, and oxytocin.\n\nDidgeridoo
  and Dreamtime:\n\nThe didgeridoo\, used by Australian indigenous peoples 
 to tell the story of their dreamtime or creation\, plays a central role in
  this sound bath. Its powerful sound waves can dislodge energy blocks\, gu
 iding participants into a dream-like trance state. Individual sound healin
 gs will also be offered.\n\nBuffalo Drumming and Non-Ordinary Consciousnes
 s:\n\nHeart-opening practices culminate in Native buffalo drumming\, where
  participants can enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness. Here\, you 
 will meet your guides and receive messages and answers to your questions. 
 Partner and small group shares will help clarify intentions and integrate 
 experiences.\n\nWorkshop Details:\n\nThis workshop welcomes participants o
 f all experience levels\, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Comfor
 table clothing is recommended\, and attendees should bring a blanket or wa
 rm clothes and a yoga mat. Limited yoga props\, such as mats and blankets\
 , are available for use. Bringing water is also advised.\n\nAbout Phoenix
