This event is part of OneMosaic, an initiative focused on fostering both individual and collective well-being through community, creativity, and learning. The series will culminate in November 2025 with a monumental event where 10,000 people across the Bay Area will contribute to a record-breaking Mosaic—a symbol of shared strength and resilience.
About the Facilitator:
Joaquin Capdevielle, the guide for this OneMosaic experience, is an installation artist and former professor of intercultural relations at Portland State University. He is also an organizational consultant and advocate for workplace well-being. With a rich background in drama therapy, organizational behavior, and community empowerment, Joaquin brings a deep understanding of how creativity and collaboration can drive personal and collective growth.
As a first-generation Mexican-American and white-passing cisgender man, Joaquin is deeply passionate about the intersections of identity, belonging, and social well-being. He co-founded Mosaicli, an employee-owned consultancy that works with purpose-driven tech companies to enhance collaboration and accelerate innovation for the benefit of both people and the planet.
